Birds are fascinating; people usually think that they are just pretty but rather dumb. The reality is quite different; parrots such as African Greys or Cockatoos have contextual language and perform as well as chimpanzees on some intelligence tests. New Caledonian Crows fabricate and use tools to get their food. But the most important thing is that birds have personalities !!
